Everyday Creative and Development

Strategy, Shopify, and Systems for Real-World Brands

Practical strategy, clean design, and technical architecture for operators who care more about durability and performance than hype.

Everyday Creative & Development exists for one reason: to help serious operators build brands and systems that actually work. We blend strategy, design, and technical execution to take messy ideas, half-built stores, and fragile operations and turn them into something stable, scalable, and easier to run.

If you’re tired of shallow marketing advice, unmaintainable builds, or agencies that don’t understand what it takes to run a real business, you’re in the right place.

We’re not the cheapest—and we don’t try to be. We focus on building systems that last, not quick wins that crumble under real operational pressure.

SERVICES

What We Do

We collaborate with founders and operators who want more than surface-level marketing. If it touches your brand, your store, or the systems underneath them, we can likely help.

Strategy & Advisory

  • Business model development, refinement, and scaling
  • Positioning and offer clarity for e-commerce and services
  • Roadmapping: what to build next, what to kill, and what to fix
  • Analytics- and data-informed decision-making

Shopify & E-Commerce Architecture

  • New Shopify builds and full-platform migrations
  • Theme setup, customization, and performance-focused improvements
  • Metafield and data architecture for complex catalogs
  • Shipping, tax, and compliance-aware configurations for real operations
  • App stack selection, cleanup, and integration
  • CRO-minded improvements to product pages, carts, and checkout flow

Creative, UX, and Content

  • Brand creation, refinement, and visual direction
  • UX/UI decisions that prioritize clarity and conversion
  • Product page structure, copy, and information hierarchy
  • SEO-friendly content and on-page structure
  • Graphic support for ads, email, and web

Most clients come to us with partially built stores, unclear architecture, or tangled app stacks. Our job is to untangle what you already have, rebuild where needed, and leave you with systems that are easier to manage day-to-day.

PROOF OF WORK

Case Study: Almanac Planting Co

Almanac Planting Co is a mail-order nursery built to ship live plants nationwide. It started as a small wholesale operation and grew into a disciplined, multi-channel brand with a deep catalog, complex logistics, and customers across the country.

Everyday Creative & Development built the digital and operational framework that powers Almanac, including:

  • Designing and building a Shopify architecture tailored to live-plant shipping
  • Creating structured, SEO-aware product pages for hundreds of SKUs
  • Implementing metafield-driven logic for plant sizes, zone data, restrictions, and insurance
  • Developing advanced shipping logic that accounts for plants, boxes, weather, and state-level constraints
  • Continuous refinement of UX, navigation, and collection structure as the catalog scales

The result is a brand that not only looks clean on the surface but operates on durable systems—making it easier to add products, process orders, and keep customers happy season after season.

“Everyday Creative didn’t just build our website—they built the way the business runs online. We would never be able to do what we do without our tech stack, and Everyday designed and built it from the ground up.”

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

How We Work

We’re not an agency chasing retainers. We work with a small number of operators at a time, on projects where we can make a clear difference—whether that’s a full build, a migration, a cleanup of your current stack, or focused strategic support.

  • We limit active projects so you’re not competing for attention.
  • We focus on clear outcomes, not vanity metrics or busywork.
  • We build systems you can operate without needing us on retainer.

Have a store, brand, or stack that feels fragile or half-finished? Share what you’re working on and we’ll let you know quickly whether we’re a good fit—and what we’d do first if we were in your position.

NEXT STEPS

Start a Conversation

If you’d like to explore working together, the next step is a short consultation request. Share what you’re building, where things feel stuck, and what outcome you’re aiming for. We’ll review your details and follow up with clear next steps and whether the project is a good fit.

You can submit a consultation inquiry here, or contact us directly if you prefer to start with a simple message.

FAQ

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Most of our work falls into a few buckets: new Shopify builds, migrations, major cleanups of existing stores, and ongoing strategic support for operators with complex catalogs or logistics. If your project touches strategy, Shopify, or systems, we’re open to a conversation.

Do you only work on Shopify?

Shopify is our primary focus for e-commerce architecture, but we can also help with adjacent platforms and tooling where it makes sense for the project. The important part is that the stack works as a unified system.

What’s a typical project timeline?

It depends on scope. Smaller cleanup or advisory engagements may run a few weeks; full builds or migrations usually run several weeks to a few months. We’ll give you a clear expectation once we understand the project.

Is there a minimum project size?

We aim to work on projects where we can deliver a meaningful shift in stability, clarity, or performance. During the consultation process, we’ll be upfront if your needs are better served by a smaller, more focused engagement—or by a different provider.
