Everyday Cannabis Leadership
LEADERSHIP
Why We Build the Way We Build
Everyday Cannabis is shaped by real-world execution — decisions, and lessons forged in environments where things had to work.. Our approach to systems, compliance, genetics, and operational clarity comes from years spent solving hard problems in environments where failure wasn’t optional.
Before entering the cannabis and e-commerce space, our founder, Justin Fulk, served as a helicopter crew member and door gunner on multiple combat deployments. That background—combined with years of hands-on technical work, e-commerce development, and building Almanac Planting Co. into a nationwide brand—established the operating philosophy we use today: build with discipline, prioritize durability, and solve problems from the ground up.
Justin’s path into cannabis wasn’t a branding exercise. It came from firsthand experience with how meaningful the plant can be—and from the belief that freedom, access, and transparency matter more than hype. That belief continues to guide the work we do, from supplying reliable genetics to building systems operators can trust.

The “moving forward” combat flag represents advancement under pressure—a symbol worn in environments defined by uncertainty and responsibility. For us, it reflects the progress the country has made toward ending prohibition, and the work still ahead to move the cannabis industry into a freer, more rational future.

This isn’t a founder story for the sake of storytelling. It’s context for why Everyday Cannabis builds differently. We focus on clarity, responsibility, and long-term reliability because those principles have defined our work long before cannabis or e-commerce entered the picture.
