Refund policy
We keep this simple: most apparel and merch can be returned within 90 days. Hemp clones, genetics, and services are final sale. If something shows up wrong, damaged, or not as described, reach out and we’ll review it case by case.
Return window for apparel & merch
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
- With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Purchased directly from our website
We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions or that show signs of heavy wear or misuse.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us through our General Inquiry form and include your order number and what you’d like to return. If you’re unable to use the form, you can email us at support@everyday-cannabis.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- Return instructions and the correct return address
- A return shipping label if applicable (in most cases, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error)
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Final sale / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law:
- Hemp clones, live plants, seeds, or any other living or agricultural material
- Consulting, creative, or other service-based work once started or delivered
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, or “final sale” items
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before purchasing or before initiating a return.
Damages, defects & wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives:
- Apparel & merch: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Hemp clones & live material: If there is a shipping issue, visible damage on arrival, or major concern, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the issue is due to our error or a carrier-related problem. We may not be able to assist if we’re contacted outside these timeframes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to:
- Request a return for the original item following the steps above, and
- Place a new order for the item you want.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund as outlined below.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any return shipping or restocking fees if applicable.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen a refund, please contact us at support@everyday-cannabis.com.
