Overview

Our goal at Everyday Cannabis is to provide a straightforward, dependable experience for every customer. This policy covers shipping, returns, refunds, and special conditions for hemp clones and genetics.

Apparel Returns & Store Credit

If you are not fully satisfied with an apparel item within 90 days of delivery, please contact us to initiate a return. Once the item is returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, we will issue a 100% store credit.

Please note that:

  • All apparel ships free nationwide.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges (when applicable) are nonrefundable.
  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively once an order has shipped.

Hemp Clones & Genetics

Hemp clones, plant material, and genetics are agricultural and perishable. For regulatory, biosecurity, and quality-control reasons, these items are treated differently from apparel.

The following rules apply to all hemp clone orders:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for hemp clones or genetics under any circumstances.
  • All clone orders are reviewed for basic compliance (e.g., valid grower licensing where required).
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is transferred to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, holds, damage, inspections, or confiscations by carriers, state agencies, or federal regulators.
  • Customers must be prepared to receive live plant material promptly upon delivery.

If there is a shipping damage issue visible on arrival, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation case-by-case and may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a partial remedy. Situations caused by improper handling after delivery or carrier delays are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Apparel ships free throughout the United States.
  • Hemp clone shipping rates vary by quantity, packaging, and carrier requirements.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and begin once your order has left our facility.
  • Most orders ship within 1 business day; however, fulfillment may take up to 3 business days depending on volume.
  • Everyday Cannabis is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Loss claims must be filed directly by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery.
  • For overnight or express options, please contact us before placing your order.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

All bulk or wholesale purchases—whether clones or apparel—are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

How to Start a Return (Apparel Only)

We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned apparel item, we will issue store credit within 3–5 business days. You will receive confirmation via email.
